The first point of contact for our clients is normally the Human Resources Advisor or Administrator for their respective area, or portfolio. The HR Advisors provide human resource leadership, services and support in the areas of recruitment, job classification, probation/tenure reviews, promotion applications, new staff orientation, employee relations and performance management to managers and staff of assigned academic and non-academic departments/centres.
